Dunk Island Resort offers you the most incredibly luxurious accommodation on this amazing tropical rainforest island. The 150+ rooms can be divided into three categories.
Beachfront Suites
The resort’s Beachfront Suites provide you with a stylish, contemporary area complete with a king size bed and all the amenities you would expect. Your own private balcony looks out over Brammo Bay, and you are just moments away from the beach.
These spacious air conditioned suites are split-level and feature a king sized bed, television, refrigerator, mini bar, ceiling fan and more. Tastefully furnished and decorated, bright, extremely comfortable with an emphasis on luxury and located right by the beach – quite simply, it’s paradise.
Beachfront Rooms
With the beachfront rooms you get a slightly scaled-down version of the suites at lower price, while still enjoying the same high level of comfort and fantastic views. Available in a number of configurations, according to your own requirements.
These air conditioned rooms boast most of the features of the Beachfront Suites, including television with Austar channels, Movielink, refrigerator, a well stocked mini bar and more. Again, just like the suites the Beachfront Rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished with your comfort a priority, all with a perfect beach-side location.
Garden Rooms
The Dunk Island Resort’s Garden Rooms look out onto spectacular tropical gardens. With these rooms you can savor the element of quiet, peaceful seclusion while still being just a short stroll from the beach and all of the resort’s facilities.
The Garden Rooms are air conditioned with each containing one queen size and one single bed with alternative configurations possible, and facilities include ensuite bathroom, satellite television with Movielink, refrigerator, coffee & tea making equipment, a mini bar and more – outstanding value.
Camping
Camping is allowed on the island at the official campground, although a permit must be obtained in advance. More information can be provided by the resort’s Watersports Department, and can also be found on Queensland’s National Parks site.
